All installations are carefully managed from start to finish with a project manager assigned to each project, providing a fully bespoke service no matter the size of the installation. Bedrooms – Full installation

An average bedroom takes 3 – 5 days to complete and includes the following; Preparation, electrical installation, flooring alteration, cabinet installation and wardrobe installation. This price also includes the supply of our cabinets, which are fully bespoke with solid backs and come with adjustable shelving and soft close hinges & drawer runners plus a multitude of storage options.

Average Spend £5,000+

Bathrooms – Full Installation;

An average full bathroom takes 3 weeks to complete and includes the following; Preparation, electrical installation, plumbing installation, full plastering, tiling, flooring, cabinet installation, decorating. The price below includes the work as listed above and an average spend for the supply of suite, tiles, lighting and flooring.

Average Spend £10,000 – £15,000

Kitchens – Full installation

An average kitchen takes 4 – 6 weeks to complete and includes the following; Preparation, electrical installation, plumbing installation, full plastering, tiling, flooring, cabinet installation, worktops/splash backs and decorating. The price below also includes the supply of cabinets, worktops, tiles, lighting and flooring. Our cabinets are fully bespoke with solid backs and come fully assembled to the highest standard.

Average Spend £20,000 – £40,0000 +

Kitchen Knock Through – Full installation

An average kitchen knock through takes an additioanl 2 weeks to complete on top of a normal kitchen installation and includes the following; Preparation, building works, structural engineer and building control services.

Additional Average Spend £5,000 – £10,000

Rear Extension – Full installation (excludes kitchen supply & installation)

An average rear extension takes 12-16 weeks to complete and includes the following; Preparation, architectural plans, structural engineer and building control services, building works, windows & bi fold aluminum doors, electrical installation, plumbing installation, full plastering, tiling, roofing, landscaping, flooring and decorating. The price below also includes structural and building control services plus the supply of heating, lighting and flooring. Please note an average per square meter cost, ranges around £3,000.00 inc vat for the finished shell depending on the specification.
