Simon and his team undertook our kitchen make-over and utility room.
This was completed to the highest possible standard; every member of the team who undertook the work, did an excellent job.
The operatives involved were on time, hardworking, polite, knowledgeable and courteous

I would not hesitate to use Signature Homes again and thoroughly recommend them.

Signature Homes did an excellent job on installing my new floor and various little other jobs around the hose. I woudl highly recommend them to anyone.

Simon & his team did an amazing job with our kitchen. They totally transformed it with a complete shelling out and refurb. The island looks superb as do the cabinets, lights , worksurfaces, flooring, tiling and new wooden door. New ceiling, plastering, architrave, skirting boards and painting. We really are blown away by it. The team not only are excellent technicians and hard working, they also genuinely look for solutions not problems. There were some inevitable hiccups along the way with the size of this ground floor refurbishment work they were doing in our house but their approach to resolving the problems is top drawer.

Simon & his team did a great job on completely refurbishing our downstairs cloakroom.

New loo, tiling, basin & 'soaking' the ceiling the same colour as the walls. The Moroccan style floor tiles and new wooden door just finished it off perfectly.

Simon & his team gave us an excellent makeover of our Sitting Room.
Chasing in cables for a media wall, hiding in the floor pipes, sanding, spot plastering, new coving etc as well as great painting has transformed the rooms. They protected the other rooms carefully when working on this area with plastic sheeting between open plan rooms, good ventilation and a close eye on the wind on breezy days to stop the sheeting blowing in! Thank you Signature Homes!

Simon and the team did another super job in the hall and up the stairs. Installing a new vertical radiator, boxing in pipes, chasing through wall to add new power sockets, new electrics, preparing walls and ceiling, sanding, painting and installing new ceiling lights. They also levelled the floor and fitted luxury vinyl flooring though from the hall to the kitchen too. Simon keeps you very well informed of what's happening with daily emails so you know who's working on the day. Sarah keeps right on top of invoices and stage payments. Well done both and the team! They are a great bunch! We are delighted with the result!

Simon organised the fitting of a new out-opening kitchen door and large canopy above it.
They totally complement the rest of the kitchen refurbishment and was done very early in our downstairs refurbishment.

The whole of downstairs refurbishment project, which only excluded the utility room, was managed superbly from start to finish with Simon and Sarah mocking up excellent plans for us to inspect, works being carried out quickly, with clear stage payments and access to top class building specialists. Simon did a great job on keeping things calm when there were the inevitable hiccups along the way with a project this size. All of the team have a can do attitude, are very professional and at the end of the working day the guys always allow adequate time for a proper clean up. I think the attention to detail of the technicians stands out too - they never seemed to be in a hurry to skip to the next stage if there was a problem - they would keep it open until it was resolved and they and Simon always had a plan to deal with those problems. Thank you for making our home look like a new build! Excellent project completed by Signature Homes and Coulsdon Hardware!!

Great work by the team on replacing and fitting wooden doors throughout our downstairs. They look great and really transform the rooms.

We had 4 Nr. taps replaced in our bathroom, along with the provision of isolating valves and replacement sealant around the bath / shower. The operative was tidy and thorough, we would use Signature Homes again.

Terry did an excellent job of replacing cartridges in my dripping tap. Good advice and efficient service from Simon at Signature Homes . A very nice firm indeed - very happy.
