Feature tiling throughout with contrasting colours and boarders used horizontally and vertically to frame and enhance. Large Rio basin & vanity unit, Deva Milan basin taps, mirror unit with lights, concealed shaver point and new centre domed low energy light and Gripstar Ibeza vinyl flooring. New kitchen with high level electric oven & microwave and low level free standing fridge & freezer. New electric hob re positioned with slim line over head extractor externally ducted. Room re wired, plastered, decorated, walls tiled and new sheet vinyl flooring laid throughout. Doors and carcasses are solid wood imitation with magic corner and pull out bin cupboard neatly hidden within. 
New bath neatly fitted into bathroom alcove with new thermostatic bar mixer, 2 fold shower screen and bathroom fully re plastered and decorated.
