Existing kitchen & dining room knocked through to create one large open planned luxurious space drenched with natural light. Old window has been removed and new uPVC French doors with fixed side light installed.

The new kitchen has been completely re wired, re plastered, decorated and the new bespoke oak kitchen is set against granite worktops with a double butler sink and a new Karndean floor throughout all the rooms. Hidden within the kitchen units lie pullout waste bins, magic corners, an integrated dishwasher & spice rack. The garage door has been relocated and hidden behind the new boot room wall complete with tall larders and separate minimal WC with basin. Kitchen Makeover – Marlpit Lane

Kitchen re-designed with minor building alterations made to maximize on the usable space especially on the wall next to the window opening. The new bespoke kitchen has been tailor to the customers user requirements and features 900 high wall cupboards with lots of hidden extras such as waste bins, magic corners, towel pull outs as well as a plinth heater for that quick blast of heat on those cold mornings. New kitchen doors are Gresham shaker matt ivory and are offset against the Prima Golden Morning Oak worktops and Casino Royale Bretage deluxe vinyl floor. Kitchen uses mixture of free standing washing machine & tumble dryer with integrated 450 dishwasher, Zanussi double oven and Zanussi hob. Room was fully re-plastered and decorated with electrics all fully upgraded to current 17th edition regulations. Kitchen supplied direct from our showroom located in Coulsdon Home Hardware. Old dividing bedroom/bathroom wall, chimney & cupboards removed throughout to create one large bathroom with space for greater storage and a separate offset quad shower by our skilled team of bathroom fitters. New cold water tank has been installed within the loft to free up the airing cupboard for storage. New offset quad and shower enclosure with Aqualisa Quartz ceiling feed, pumped shower installed. New Style units with cupboards, WC unit, basin cupboard and semi recessed basin. Ebony 1700 bath, Chrome bowed towel rail mounted above base of bath, mirrored wall cupboards, custom flat mirror, mirror shaver light and new LED sealed bathroom lights & inline extractor light. Room fully re tiled with feature tiling within the shower enclosure, sheet vinyl flooring, new door and frame and room fully re decorated.

Bespoke Kitchen Makeover – Painted Ash Collection – Tollers Lane

New fully bespoke Stamford painted ash kitchen in cornflower blue installed, with room completely re designed as well as new large French doors installed for access through directly into the garden to replace the old small window. Each wall and base unit features a custom depth, width or height to work around all the unique features of this 100 year old house. Hidden within many of the units are pull out bins, spice racks, draw inserts, integrated dishwasher and much more. Room has been re wired, fully re plastered, re decorated and new natural stone floor with underfloor heating laid throughout. Kitchen further features; column radiator, Stoves oven & extractor, LED ceiling lights, LED under cupboard lights, hand made wall tiles, wall mounted TV, free standing American fridge with water dispenser and Angola Black granite with up stands. New large Rehau white Fensa registered UPVC French doors have been installed within the new structural opening in the external wall of property. Old small window has been removed, new opening formed with new cavity steel installed. Internal walls re formed, plastered and painted with external brickwork carefully restored and bricks cleaned and re installed to match in with the existing.  Windows boast reenforced hidden pillars, Georgian white internal bars within the double glazed panels, two top opening fan lights above the French doors, fixed full height side lights, top end BS approved locks and many more features.

Our skilled team of bathroom fitters have removed the old cupboard, dividing walls & extended the bathroom into the hallway just enough to allow us to create a new spacious bathroom with additional storage and large shower enclosure. Bathroom now contains; two chrome towel rails (one electric and one on the central heating system), new offset quad shower enclosure with composite stone 40mm tray, Ascent thermostatic recessed shower valve, Royale deluxe bath with Deva Insignia bath filler & Ascot white gloss bath panels.
