Clients Brief
To remove the old conservatory lean to and to replace with a new conservatory lean to with greater levels of light and bigger access through from the kitchen. It was also imperative to change the floor level to create one seamless level through from the kitchen. A new utility area has then been created and a new floor laid throughout the kitchen and conservatory with internal and external walls re decorated.
