Kitchen Makeover – Chaldon Way
Existing kitchen & study/gym knocked through to create one large open planned luxurious space with stunning central feature SunSquare skylights and new uPVC French doors. Along with the internal wall removal the rear wall of the house has been removed with windows moved, blocked up and new uPVC French Doors installed in desired positions. The old dark, dingy kitchen is now a thing of the past with the new kitchen flooded with a combination of natural and LED lighting thanks to the SunSquare skylights plus LED kitchen ceiling & under cupboard lighting. The new kitchen has been completely re wired, re plastered, decorated and the new bespoke hand painted kitchen is set against granite worktops, hand made wall tiles and a new tiled floor. Hidden within the kitchen units lie pullout waste bins, a magic corner, an integrated dishwasher, large fridge plus the speaker control system for the over head flush ceiling mounted speaker. The rear of the property has been rendered and pebble dashed to match in with the existing decorative finish and the roof re felted and flashed around the new skylights. Kitchen Makeover – Marlpit Lane
Kitchen re-designed with minor building alterations made to maximize on the usable space especially on the wall next to the window opening. The new bespoke kitchen has been tailor to the customers user requirements and features 900 high wall cupboards with lots of hidden extras such as waste bins, magic corners, towel pull outs as well as a plinth heater for that quick blast of heat on those cold mornings. New kitchen doors are Gresham shaker matt ivory and are offset against the Prima Golden Morning Oak worktops and Casino Royale Bretage deluxe vinyl floor. Kitchen uses mixture of free standing washing machine & tumble dryer with integrated 450 dishwasher, Zanussi double oven and Zanussi hob. Room was fully re-plastered and decorated with electrics all fully upgraded to current 17th edition regulations. Kitchen supplied direct from our showroom located in Coulsdon Home Hardware. Simple Bathroom Makeover – St Andrews Road
Simple fully tiled white bathroom with new ‘P’ shaped Discovery bath. Electric shower relocated and all pipe work throughout the bathroom removed, re run and hidden. New raised step also created at the end of the bath at specified height to help access in and out. Bathroom includes; Discovery 1700 bath, Discovery bath panel, Victorian taps, Legend basin with pedestal. Also new Legend closed couple cistern installed in separate WC with new sheet vinyl flooring installed throughout both rooms. Bespoke Kitchen Makeover – Painted Ash Collection – Tollers Lane
New fully bespoke Stamford painted ash kitchen in cornflower blue installed, with room completely re designed as well as new large French doors installed for access through directly into the garden to replace the old small window. Each wall and base unit features a custom depth, width or height to work around all the unique features of this 100 year old house. Hidden within many of the units are pull out bins, spice racks, draw inserts, integrated dishwasher and much more. Room has been re wired, fully re plastered, re decorated and new natural stone floor with underfloor heating laid throughout. Kitchen further features; column radiator, Stoves oven & extractor, LED ceiling lights, LED under cupboard lights, hand made wall tiles, wall mounted TV, free standing American fridge with water dispenser and Angola Black granite with up stands. New large Rehau white Fensa registered UPVC French doors have been installed within the new structural opening in the external wall of property. Old small window has been removed, new opening formed with new cavity steel installed. Internal walls re formed, plastered and painted with external brickwork carefully restored and bricks cleaned and re installed to match in with the existing. Windows boast reenforced hidden pillars, Georgian white internal bars within the double glazed panels, two top opening fan lights above the French doors, fixed full height side lights, top end BS approved locks and many more features.

Retirement Flat Emerald Court Coulsdon – Shower makeover
New QX Classic shower enclosure with bi-fold door installed on 80mm cast stone shower tray to replace old faulty enclosure. Minimal tiles replaced and existing flooring retained with new matching flooring section installed to new platform and neatly trimed. New Richmond 500 basin and vanity unit installed with Comini mono basin tap. Another installation within the retirement flat Emerald Court Coulsdon. Full before and after pictures. Read more
Shower Room Installation – Retirement Flat Emerald Court
Our team of bathroom fitters have removed the old bath and dated suite and then repositioned the new suite within the room to make much better use of the space. By reducing the boxed in section we have now been able to install a large 800 x 1000 offset quad shower enclosure with exposed thermostatic Primo bar mixer, Options 750 vanity unit with basin plus a mirror cabinet, mirror and Options tall 500 cabinet. The new shower room also now contains an additional Chrome bowed electric towel rail, Osbourne raised height WC and new sheet vinyl flooring throughout. All the work was carried out causing minimum disruption to existing tiling, ceiling and lighting. Full before & after pictures. Read more

Shower Room Installation – Whitefield Avenue
New cast stone 1700 x 700 shower tray & 1700 shower enclosure with sliding door installed directly onto the floor to allow easy access for customer with restricted movement. Shower enclosure also fitted with grab rails and free standing shower seat. Existing window had to be reformed with frame altered to allow shower screen with sliding door installation and room has been re plastered and fully tiled with new Deluxe sheet vinyl Stella Contract flooring laid. Old toilet room gutted and new Osbourne high seat toilet with Serene cistern installed along with walls re plaster and painted with room half tiled plus new sheet Gripstar Ibeza vinyl flooring. Full before & after pictures.
En-suite Installation – The Grove
Existing door to en-suite re located with new frame and door installed to allow installation of 1000 x 800 Qx low profile shower tray & Qx 1000 hinged shower door with Aqualisa Quartz Graphite electric 10.5kw shower. Old bath removed and new Osbourne high seat WC, Serene cistern and Tavistock soft close seat installed opposite a Richmond 600 vanity unit with Richmond 650 basin, Deva Milan basin mixer and Croydex wall cabinet with mirror, light and shaver socket mounted above. New LED ceiling lights, 1750 x 500 large chrome bowed towel rail, wall extractor and Gripstar Ibeza sheet vinyl flooring. Room re tiled with feature tile design installed within the shower enclosure. New Malham Oak kitchen with Lactea Astral Quartz worktops and up-stands. Kitchen fully re wired and re plastered left ready for decorating as per customers requests. New LED ceiling down lights and LED under cupboard lighting. Stainless steel AEG chimney extractor hood and splash back. New double Bosch electric oven and matching Bosch microwave and gas hob. Franke Erica 1 1/2 bowl sink & Franke Zurich taps. 2 x Magic corners, curved wall & base units plus custom made cupboards to utilise every last inch of space. Utility Room Makeover – The Chase
New utility room with old serving hatch blocked and new Malham oak tall larder units installed along one entire side with great storage solutions hidden behind each door plus with a convenient space to the left for quick access to all those trays and their ironing board. The other side of the utility room features Lactea Astral Quartz worktop and up-stands, Franke Aplina sink & Franke Zurich tap, LED under cupboard lighting, Marazzi Progress wall tiles and customer has chosen to re use existing; flooring, free standing tumble dryer and washing machine but with new integrated fridge. Bespoke solid oak shaker kitchen with custom depths, heights and tall wall units to utilise every last inch of this kitchen. Lactea Astral Quartz worktop with VBK white under mounted ceramic 1 1/2 bowl by Franke. Frankie Fuji pull out chrome tap and LED under cupboard lighting throughout. New black Bosch hob, oven and integrated large fridge with a slide a way cooker hood hidden above the hob. Retirement flat shower refurbishment – Coulsdon Emerald Court
New Qx classic offset quad shower enclosure installed in place of an old poorly designed walk in shower module. New shower enclosure boast Genesis low profile tray with QX Primo bar shower valve & slider kit. New electric towel rail neatly fitted at the base of the shower so you can easily reach your warm towel as exit the shower. New Royale bath with sliding, locking bath panel for under bath storage. Chrome bowed towel rail mounted above base of bath with pumped thermostatic concealed Qx shower value & slider with cross heads. Feature tiling throughout with contrasting colours and boarders used horizontally and vertically to frame and enhance. Large Rio basin & vanity unit, Deva Milan basin taps, mirror unit with lights, concealed shaver point and new centre domed low energy light and Gripstar Ibeza vinyl flooring. New Burlington bath & taps installed with Burlington solid bath panel, neatly set into new tiled raised step. Existing custom ‘his & hers’ basin unit restored, re painted and Star Galaxy Granite installed including splash back and two new Burlington basins with Burlington basin taps inset into the new Star Galaxy granite. Floor diagonally tiled, 6 new sealed fire rated LED spot lights, 2 new Burlington wall lights with custom timber molding and new Burlington WC installed. Full before & after pictures.
