Existing kitchen & dining room knocked through to create one large open planned luxurious space drenched with natural light. Old window has been removed and new uPVC French doors with fixed side light installed.

The new kitchen has been completely re wired, re plastered, decorated and the new bespoke oak kitchen is set against granite worktops with a double butler sink and a new Karndean floor throughout all the rooms. Hidden within the kitchen units lie pullout waste bins, magic corners, an integrated dishwasher & spice rack. The garage door has been relocated and hidden behind the new boot room wall complete with tall larders and separate minimal WC with basin. New LED ceiling down lights and LED under cupboard lighting. Stainless steel AEG chimney extractor hood and splash back. New double Bosch electric oven and matching Bosch microwave and gas hob. Franke Erica 1 1/2 bowl sink & Franke Zurich taps. 2 x Magic corners, curved wall & base units plus custom made cupboards to utilise every last inch of space. New utility room with old serving hatch blocked and new Malham oak tall larder units installed along one entire side with great storage solutions hidden behind each door plus with a convenient space to the left for quick access to all those trays and their ironing board. The other side of the utility room features Lactea Astral Quartz worktop and up-stands, Franke Aplina sink & Franke Zurich tap, LED under cupboard lighting, Marazzi Progress wall tiles and customer has chosen to re use existing; flooring, free standing tumble dryer and washing machine but with new integrated fridge.
