To remove and retain existing poorly fitted bedroom wardrobes and re install reduced number of wardrobes to incorporate a new custom corner en suite enclosure. En suite enclosure to be timber formed and build to match in with the existing decor. En suite to contain new shower enclosure, slimline basin and WC. Shower enclosure carefully sunk into the floor and bedroom parquet flooring projected and new floor and build neatly cut in. New waste for shower and toilet run to new soil stack along with new ventilation and lighting.
