To remove existing utility room and kitchen and knock through both rooms to form one simple open plan kitchen that can be used to host dinner parties and social events. New kitchen design to incorporate oak worktops with oak feature uprights, baskets, shaker kitchen, maximum storage and electric ranger cooker plus separate dresser unit. Old door entrance to utility room blocked and made good with new steel calculated and installed and signed off.
