Clients Brief
To form an under stairs WC with compact WC & basin. New room to be formed by utilising the existing space under the stairs with a new small extended timber section and door formed within the hall. 1930’s oak door installed to form new under stairs WC to match existing hall doors. Old hall wall then remove to form larger space for under stairs WC. New UPVC white window installed to allow ventilation and natural light. Room left ready for client to decorate.
