Room fully re tiled with feature tiling within the shower enclosure, sheet vinyl flooring, new door and frame and room fully re decorated.

Bath alcove fully tiled with basin wall half tiled and new chrome towel rail on central heating with additional electric summer element. New wall hung storage solution with mirrored unit above towel rail and 2 sealed, fire rated LED bathroom lights with extractor light above shower. Existing floor retained and bathroom built around.
