Existing kitchen & study/gym knocked through to create one large open planned luxurious space with stunning central feature SunSquare skylights and new uPVC French doors. Along with the internal wall removal the rear wall of the house has been removed with windows moved, blocked up and new uPVC French Doors installed in desired positions. The old dark, dingy kitchen is now a thing of the past with the new kitchen flooded with a combination of natural and LED lighting thanks to the SunSquare skylights plus LED kitchen ceiling & under cupboard lighting. The new kitchen has been completely re wired, re plastered, decorated and the new bespoke hand painted kitchen is set against granite worktops, hand made wall tiles and a new tiled floor. Hidden within the kitchen units lie pullout waste bins, a magic corner, an integrated dishwasher, large fridge plus the speaker control system for the over head flush ceiling mounted speaker. The rear of the property has been rendered and pebble dashed to match in with the existing decorative finish and the roof re felted and flashed around the new skylights.
