Clients Brief
Old separate WC and bathroom to be knocked through to create one larger open plan walk in shower room with greater storage and usability. New room to feature large shower tray with feature tiling and a tiled recess. New L shape fitted base units fitted with back to wall plan and semi recessed basin. Room re plastered and decorated throughout with new electrics and flooring.
