Clients Brief
Alter existing garage to incorporate a new walk wet room en suite off of ground floor bedroom. Wet room to allow for disabled user if required but to retain modern and stylish appearance. Design included recesses, fully tiled walls and feature mosaic tiles to recesses and floor. New construction fully insulated with new drainage and old garage door relocated with new door opening created into bedroom.
