The old single leaking side garage has been removed and transformed into a deeper side extension with rear office/bedroom, shower room, utility room and further front golf store hidden behind a set of timber side hung doors with matching canopy. Rear extension has then also been formed and property opened up internally to provide a light and spacious open plan kitchen with dining room and sitting room. The rear garden has then been landscaped to provide an intimate courtyard with lighting and power which then leads through onto a set of curved steps leading to an upper patio area. This patio then progresses onto raised flower beds and access through to the rest of the garden and bridge. The grass has been left ready to turf later on during the year. Simple Bathroom Makeover – St Andrews Road
Simple fully tiled white bathroom with new ‘P’ shaped Discovery bath. Electric shower relocated and all pipe work throughout the bathroom removed, re run and hidden. New raised step also created at the end of the bath at specified height to help access in and out.
