To remove the existing small rear galley kitchen along with all the internal walls from stairs to the rear of the property. The brief was to then build a small full width rear extension with skylights and large rear window, to form the new rear kitchen extension. The new rear kitchen extension although not huge offers a massive amount of new space which has been cleverly design to form the new open plan rear kitchen extension. The old dining room has been incorporated into the new rear kitchen extension and the open plan kitchen even boasts a superb island with plenty of space to relax or work around. This kitchen boast lots of hidden storage solutions, larder cupboards, custom glass units, 1200 full width draws and much much more. Every detail has been cleverly design and chosen to provide maximum storage, balance, usable space and light.

To finish the rear garden has been landscaped with a new small patio area, new retaining wall, shed base, fence and a few other finishing touches.
