Bespoke Kitchen with Boot Room -Purley
Existing kitchen & dining room knocked through to create one large open planned luxurious space drenched with natural light. Old window has been removed and new uPVC French doors with fixed side light installed.
The new kitchen has been completely re wired, re plastered, decorated and the new bespoke oak kitchen is set against granite worktops with a double butler sink and a new Karndean floor throughout all the rooms. Hidden within the kitchen units lie pullout waste bins, magic corners, an integrated dishwasher & spice rack. The garage door has been relocated and hidden behind the new boot room wall complete with tall larders and separate minimal WC with basin. Fireplace Installation with Coving, Ceiling Rose & Chandelier
Old timber fireplace restored, re built and new custom trim and skirting installed to match, prior to fireplace, skirting, trim and chimney breast being painted in white. New opening formed to correct size within existing chimney breast followed by installation of Granite hearth with rear section screeded to same level. Chimney breast patch plastered followed by full fireplace installation and all accessories as listed above. A new central ceiling rose has also been installed and decorated in to match with a new chandelier installed. Read more
Orac Decor Coving C217 & Wallpapering
A little snippet at just two of the other services we provide. Hall & landing have been fully stripped with walls rep-plastered and new Orac Decor Coving C217 installed to the ground floor along with a new ceiling rose/centre to match. Hallway uses two different selection of coving to enhance the change in ceiling height. After fully redecorating throughout the; woodwork, coving and ceilings, new Harlequin wallpaper has been papered throughout including round many details such as the arch, door frame, external edges, internal edges, lowered beams and handrail as pictured.
